"Pretty disappointing for the price"
I ordered these around last Friday, or maybe it was Thursday, I can’t remember exactly, but either way, I was disappointed when they showed up. The bouquet was way smaller than what I expected from the photos, and the flowers didn’t look all that fresh. For what I paid, I felt a bit ripped off. I’ve picked up nicer-looking flowers at the grocery store for a lot less

"Flowers never showed up"
I ordered flowers and they never arrived. They were already late, and I didn’t get any real update unless I reached out myself. What made it even more frustrating was getting different answers depending on who I talked to, so I had no idea what was actually going on. Really disappointing experience.

"I tried to order flowers, but..."
I tried to order flowers, but the website was such a hassle. Pages were loading slowly, and I kept having to click around just to find basic information. It felt like I was being passed around from one confusing page to another without getting anywhere. Checkout wasn’t any better, and when it didn’t save my details, I just gave up. Really frustrating experience.

"Felt like nobody was really there"
I barely got any replies, and the tracking never seemed to work properly. I had no idea where my flowers were the whole time. It kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end, which made the whole thing frustrating.

"Arrived too late for what I needed"
My order ended up showing up late, so it completely missed the day I actually needed it for. I didn’t really get any helpful updates either, so I was just kind of waiting around not knowing what was going on... frustrating. I don’t think I’d use them again

I reached out twice asking for help, but days have gone by and I still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, especially when it seems like other people are getting responses much faster.

"Arrangement looked nothing like the photo"
I was disappointed with what showed up. The flowers looked totally different from what I ordered online, and it didn’t feel like the same arrangement at all. I’ve ordered before, but if this is what I can expect going forward, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else

"Really Disappointed With the Selection"
I was disappointed with the flower options. I just wanted something simple and nice, but everything either looked way too similar or was out of stock. It felt frustrating because I was ready to order, but I ended up leaving the site and buying from somewhere else instead.

"They started wilting way too fast"
I was disappointed with these flowers. They looked nice for maybe a minute when I first took them out of the box, but by the next day they were already drooping and looking sad on my kitchen table next to my coffee mug. They also didn’t really match the picture at all, which was the main reason I picked them.

"My sister was really disappointed"
I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday , and she was let down . She said the arrangement looked tired and was way smaller than what I thought I had ordered . A few of the blooms were already drooping too , which made it embarrassing since it was supposed to be a nice surprise . I don’t think I’ll be using 800florals.com again .
